At VICTRIP EBIKE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully repack the e-bike in its original factory box with all protective padding, batteries, chargers, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
